1、千页豆腐切片,里脊肉切薄片,小葱分别切葱花和葱段,小米椒切圈,蒜切末,姜切片;

2、将裹上淀粉的里脊肉片用擀面杖捶打成更薄更大的肉片;

3、千页豆腐倒入沸水汆烫后捞出;

4、水中加葱段,姜片,料酒,再下里脊肉片汆烫约1分钟后捞出;

5、将汆烫完成的千页豆腐和里脊肉片铺在碗内备用;

6、锅中倒少许油,爆香蒜末后加入火锅底料炒出红油;
